• Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed, Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes, Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki, Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one's energy field, Jacki-kiri Joka-ho, clearing objects of negative energy.

The class is a combination of lectures, discussions, and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self-treatment, practice using all the level II symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques.

While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. Please commit to this additional time which should be one evening a week for several weeks, or its equivalent, to practice Reiki with one, or more, people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends.

This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.

Samantha Blossom

Samantha is a spiritual ascension teacher and manifestation coach. With over 15 years of experience in the healing arts, she is certified in BodyTalk, Accunect, Hypnosis, Karuna Reiki Master, Kundalini Yoga, Positive Psychology, Emotional Freedom Techniques Level I+II  and several other healing modalities to support you in quantum leaping into your most empowered life.

Samantha’s Love of Reiki:

Trained in Reiki by Colleen Benelli from Portland, Oregon and William Lee Rand, who some say is the Godfather of Reiki. Her love of Reiki began when she was in Shanghai, China learning Traditional Chinese Medicine. She started by going to Reiki circles and loved the peaceful and calming effects of Reiki. When she received her Reiki I+II Attunement she began to see beautiful colors weaving in and out of people’s auras. That is when she was clear that her calling was to awaken and activate the Rainbow Light Body. This is supporting people with their enlightenment process and increasing the amount of colors and light in their body and in their Aura. Her Reiki attunement powered up all of the rest of the healing modalities that she was using and she saw increased speed in healing in all of her clients. Her intuition also opened up immensely and seeing her students light up with their own power and intuition is her absolute favorite thing. To her, Reiki is absolutely the gateway to true healing.

Melissa Smilow

Melissa Smilow is a Nutritional & Energy Healer, Reiki Master and Intuitive Counselor. She graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2016 and received her Reiki Master certification shortly after.

Melissa chose this path after working with Nutritional and Energy Healers that made a powerful & transformative impact on her health, emotional and spiritual well-being. She offers clients holistic tools and spiritual medicine, working from a bio-individual, intuitive perspective.  

Melissa believes that there is freedom in releasing energy/trauma that no longer serves you and a strong energetic component to all we say and do. She supports clients in balancing their chakras so that they can release emotional and physical ailments such as anxiety, depression, pain, unworthiness, digestive & hormonal issues,  and many other imbalances. This can cultivate good health, love, wealth and a clearer life path.
